A successful startup brand, Henge Docks released a hit with their portable docking stations for Macbooks. However, nearly a year after the initial launch of the product, they were beginning to see a decline in their overall advertising returns and overall Facebook reach and came to us for help.

Henge Docks came to us looking to improve their Facebook advertising efforts as they had hit a plateau on spend and were experiencing decreasing revenue. A successful startup brand, Henge Docks released a hit with their portable docking stations for Macbooks. However, nearly a year after the initial launch of the product, they were beginning to see a decline in their overall advertising returns and overall Facebook reach and came to us for help.

Since reaching out to the agency three years ago, we have guided Henge Docks through that period of decline as well navigated through two different product pre-sales and launches. The methodology behind the success of our efforts has been heavy segmentation and growth of target audiences, in combination with testing of variations of content and imagery.

We have successfully created campaigns for product pre-sales and product launches, as well as created advertising for long term sustainability.

The results of these efforts have been a 65% reduction in cost per acquisition prior to the time that we began along side a 40% increase in revenue. We are now spending more than the brand has ever spent while still generating the best overall return.
